I know it hurts, I know the words, the pain, the scars
all of it haunts you, but it gets easier. It gets better and one day you realize how far away all of that pain feels. How strong all of those words have now made you. You are beautiful, tough, and just when those memories come back and you feel weak, remember that you made it through.
